Subscription terms

A Freemius website subscription provides authenticated access to the Northstar software workspace, including the immutable signal archive, resolved-outcome analytics, model-governance information, risk tools, and general, impersonal futures market signals delivered by email and optionally private Telegram messages. A separate Telegram Stars subscription provides access only to the paid Northstar Telegram channel. The calculator applies arithmetic to values chosen and entered by the user; it does not prescribe a position or determine suitability. The service does not execute trades, custody assets, manage accounts or provide personalized advice. Signal frequency is not guaranteed.

Subscribers must be legally able to enter a contract, use the service only where permitted, and independently comply with exchange and local rules. Signals are licensed for the subscriber’s personal use and may not be resold, republished or used to operate an undisclosed commercial service.

Freemius processes website monthly and annual subscriptions and governs the corresponding member-workspace, email and private-message entitlement. Telegram processes the separate channel-only subscription in Telegram Stars, renews it every 30 days, and controls channel admission and removal. Each checkout presents its price and renewal interval before purchase. Canceling one subscription does not cancel the other. Statutory refund or cooling-off rights apply where required.

Freemius members may link optional private bot delivery through a signed, one-time token issued inside the authenticated member workspace; /stop pauses those messages without canceling Freemius billing. Telegram Stars customers instead join the paid channel through Telegram’s subscription invite and manage that recurring channel access in Telegram. The paid channel does not grant the website workspace, email, private bot delivery, or an annual plan. Send /paysupport to the Northstar bot for Stars payment-support instructions. Platform outages, rate limits, account blocks and delayed messages may affect delivery.

Exchange buttons are optional third-party links, not endorsements or execution instructions. Links marked “Paid referral” may result in Northstar receiving a commission if a visitor opens an account or trades. This financial incentive is disclosed beside the link. Exchange eligibility, products, rewards and terms vary by jurisdiction, and subscribers must review them independently.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Market data, email delivery and model output may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. No outcome, uptime, signal frequency or profitability is promised.

Trading decisions and trading losses remain the subscriber’s responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Northstar is not responsible for indirect, consequential or market losses arising from a subscriber’s independent decision to act on general information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that applicable consumer, financial-services or other mandatory law does not permit Northstar to exclude or limit.

Northstar will communicate material changes to price, service scope or these terms in advance where required by law. Access may be suspended for abuse, payment failure or legal necessity. Billing, service and complaint requests may be sent to guanvireak@gmail.com.
